Can I bring a domain I already own?
Yes. We’ll help you verify ownership and connect it. Hosted website and email services currently require an active DNS zone in Launched’s Cloudflare account. If your DNS is elsewhere, contact support to review the move and preserve your existing records. Your domain registration can stay with your registrar.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe your business, ask for design changes, and edit text and images visually. HTML editing is available if you want more control. Your website stays a private draft until you publish.
Can I start with email and add the website later?
Absolutely. Choose email first during setup. Your business inbox can work before you publish a website, and the website builder is there when you’re ready.
How does the included domain work?
When starting an annual account, your first venture can include an eligible standard domain for its first year. Premium and unsupported domains aren’t included. Registration requests privacy protection. The domain renews separately, and automatic renewal is off. Monthly plans and additional ventures bring an existing domain.
Can I sell products or take bookings?
Launched currently focuses on business websites, email and visitor statistics. Online stores, customer payment processing and appointment booking aren’t included. You can link your website to other services you use.
What if setup needs help?
The setup screen shows progress and any action needed. Contact support@launched.so if you get stuck. If a paid domain registration cannot complete, support will help you arrange a replacement domain or review a refund.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Choose monthly or yearly billing. Adding a venture shows its prorated charge before you confirm. You can cancel your account subscription in Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Domain renewals are separate from platform subscriptions.
